Diponkar Paul has 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Business Intelligence, big data, and data warehousing. He is currently an Associate Director of Data Platform and Strategy at OMERS, Canada. Throughout his career, he has designed and developed medium to large-scale data warehouses and delivered business-critical analytical solutions. He also leads one of Canada’s largest data communities, the Toronto Data Professionals Community. With a diverse background, he has worked and studied across multiple geographies, including Canada, Denmark, the UK, and Sweden. Diponkar actively contributes to the data community through technical blogging, writing articles on SQLServerCentral, and public speaking. His outstanding contributions earned him the Microsoft Data Platform MVP award.
