Tudor is the Co-Founder and CTO of CRE-X Markets, a platform transforming liquidity solutions in commercial real estate, and the Founder and Principal of Axomath Research, an AI consulting firm focused on driving innovation across advanced analytics, healthcare, real estate, cryptocurrencies, and financial services.
He is also actively involved in university-level teaching and peer review panels, with a focus on artificial intelligence and applied mathematics.
Tudor is a seasoned leader in data science and AI, with deep expertise in financial services and capital markets. As the former Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Financial Crimes at the Bank of Montreal, he led the implementation of AI-driven solutions to combat cyber threats and financial fraud. Before that, he built and directed Nasdaq’s AI Lab in Boston, where he delivered advanced models that enhanced market prediction, investment decision-making, market surveillance, and risk management.
Earlier in his career, Tudor headed the Solutions and Research department at the Toronto Stock Exchange, where he oversaw the development and deployment of two generations of trading engines.
Tudor holds several patents in AI, high-speed data processing, and trading systems. He earned a PhD in algorithmic modeling and holds degrees in mathematics and electronics engineering. A frequent speaker and panelist, he regularly contributes insights on AI and data science to both industry and academic audiences.
